IMPORTANT NOTICE :
Always install the software prior to using your mp3 player and be sure to NOT put it in an USB-slot when you install the software. In certain cases this may block your player has it tries to upgrade the firmware or does other operations. This is also the case for most other hardware on USB, first software then only the hardware!
Problem with SIM editing software

I have the following problem with the EID & SIM smart card reader. The eID function is working fine but I'm not able to read and edit my telephone SIM card with the SIM edit software.
A A new driver has been posted on our website, you can download it directly from the web page of this product. We suggest you to uninstall first the old version of the driver, then reboot your pc and install the new driver. Please note also that the eID software must be closed when you are using the SIM edit software. To properly close the eID software, make a right mouse clic on the related icon in the task bar and chose "close". Now you must be able to use correctly the SIM edit software.
